My hypnosis sessions with Susan Gold have been truly transforming. I sought help through hypnosis for an unhealthy relationship with food and eating. I had tried medical, psychological, and medicinal techniques and wish I had found Susan and hypnosis before all of this, because this work is essentially what helped me to tap into the subconscious part of my brain - allowing me to reprogram negative thought patterns around this issue.
It allowed me to begin to have a healthy outlook about food as an energy source and healthy part of life. I am so grateful for the progress I've made with only just a couple of sessions focused on this issue. Susan also taught me how to engage in self-hypnosis sessions, and I find these to be helpful "tune-ups" along the way and a great way to start a day or before entering a new, potentially stressful situation (I used it at a new job and when flying on a plane with turbulence).
While I know I must be careful to not return to my old behaviors, the work done in hypnosis sessions with Susan has truly helped to pave the way for a much more harmonious balance in my life, and I no longer feel as if I am fighting against my own self to be healthy. It happens with ease!

I am continually amazed with the positive changes I’ve been able to make in my life through hypnotherapy with Susan Gold. I have had chronic sleep problems off and on for about 20 years—and they have been really severe during the past few years. Until recently, I couldn’t sleep during the day at all and I often woke up at night or had trouble falling asleep. Before I started hypnotherapy, I had to drug myself to sleep every night. Susan and I worked on sleep in our sessions, and I immediately began sleeping better. Four sessions later, I sleep every night without medication and I am able to take naps whenever I want. I have renamed myself Sleepy McSleepsalot.
Like lots of people, I’d been trying to talk myself into exercising more for years. I knew it was important but I just didn’t want to do it—to take time from my schedule or (a horrible thought, given my sleep problems) get up early to work out. Well, once my sleep got better, Susan and I began working on changing my exercise habits. After one session, I felt motivated to get up and swim in my local pool every morning before work—five days a week. I’ve been doing it for three weeks now, and I’m delighted by how easy and natural it feels, not like an obligation. It’s actually a great way to start the morning.
My partner brought home a copy of Susan’s hypnosis CD, which I listen to almost daily. It helps me de-stress from my day and gives me a way to continue reinforcing the messages she’s given me during our sessions. I find that my evenings are more pleasant and relaxing if I listen to the CD (and maybe take a little nap!) in the late afternoon.
I am happy to serve as a referral for anyone considering working with Susan. Feel free to email me at email@example.com.

Just wanted to thank you again for the results I have had in achieving my personal financial goals, staying focused, feeling energized and discovering some very enlightening things about myself with your excellent help through hypnosis! I definitely recommend this to anyone.
My hypnotherapy session with Susan Gold brought profound and positive change to my life. After the session, my stress levels decreased significantly. In particular, I was able to overcome fears I had regarding health issues and my body. I have gained a new confidence in myself, and the ability to manage my thoughts so they don't become stressful. I also noted a marked increase in my productivity, energy, and creativity after meeting with Susan. I am now more comfortable and much happier in my own body and mind.

Susan helped me get to the bottom of my bad relationship with food and heal it painlessly. Combining a change in attitude on a basic, subconscious level with a weekly practice of going to Weight Watchers meetings has helped me lose 14 pounds so far, and counting! I loved the ambiance in the office and the soothing sound of Susan's voice, which made me feel safe and taken care of. The experience was so pleasant, like going to a spa! I believe hypnotherapy helped me change a bad habit into a good one. I would recommend Susan to anyone who wants to try to change negative ways they think or act. Visiting Susan has been such a blessing! I feel slender and healthy and powerful and alive.

Hi Susan: My post-hypnosis experience has been quite good and, at times, amusing. Right after I left your office I went to Draeger’s and bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables. I was hungry on the way home, so I started looking in the bag for a pear, but found broccoli instead. I shocked myself by eating an ENTIRE HEAD of broccoli on my way home! The whole time I was like, wow, I didn’t realize broccoli tasted so good. I have calmed down since then but it looks like this session definitely worked—for example, I forgot you said to stop myself during a meal to see if I’m full, but found myself doing it anyway. Also, one day I ate a piece of the orange candy I love and then threw the rest away. Whoa. Thank you again for the mojo!!
